I hope everyone is ok and having a good summer. I would like to ask everyone a huge favour. I would like every member to find out what their local paper is and either get in touch with them (either by phone, letter or email) and just tell them that you are a local girl who sings with the National Ladies Youth Chorus. They may not want to run with anything but they just might! :D If you dont want to get in touch with them yourself, find the details (name of paper, your location, and the contact details for the paper- email, phone number etc) and forward them to me, I will sort the rest. It would sound better coming from you though!!!

HOWEVER those members from the Birmingham/Wolverhampton area PLEASE DO NOT get in touch with your local paper. Could you please just get in touch with me and tell me the details. The reason for this is that as the PRO for the IVY League I would rather be fully aware of the goings on and form the contact myself for future IVY League events. So if your from the Birmingham/ Wolverhampton area PLEASE DONT GET IN TOUCH YOURSELVES!!!! just send me the details, if i need your help i will get in touch!

Id also like everyone to remember that everyone can promote the IVY League just by talking to their friends or members of their chorus. If anyone has any ideas drop me a line and i will see if the idea has any merit and see what we can do.
