Anyone looking (or know someone who's looking) for a room in London? One of my flatmates is moving out from Jan 2nd, so we need someone to take her room.

Is a double room in a 3 bed flat very close to Clapham North (extremely handy for transport and such), approx £560 pcm. Fully furnished with all mod cons. Non-smoking, no pets. The landlord is also a really nice guy :-)

Sharing with 2 young professionals (and we're both lovely).
